The <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/western-railway-articles" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Western Railway</a> on Wednesday said that it will extend trips of some trains from Bandra-Jabalpur.
In an official statement, the Western Railway said that it will extend trips of train number 02133/34 Bandra Terminus- Jabalpur special train.
It said, also the continuation of extension of train number 14808/07 <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/dadar-articles" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Dadar</a> &ndash; Bhagat Ki Kothi Express upto Jodhpur will be extended.
The Western Railway said, for the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand, Western Railway has decided to extend the periodicity in Train No. 02133/34 Bandra Terminus &ndash; Jabalpur Special Train on Special Fare on existing composition, timings, stoppages, etc.
According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur &ndash; Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of the train is as under:
- Train No. 02133 Bandra Terminus &ndash; Jabalpur Weekly Special which was earlier notified up to 30th September, 2023 has been extended up to 25th November, 2023.
- Train No. 02134 Jabalpur &ndash; Bandra Terminus Weekly Special which was earlier notified up to 29th September, 2023 has been extended up to 24th November, 2023.
The Western Railway had previously decided to extend Train No 14808/14807 Dadar &ndash; Bhagat Ki Kothi Express upto Jodhpur on temporary basis on existing composition, timings, stoppages, etc. It has now been decided to continue this extension up to 30th September, 2023.&nbsp;
The booking for extended trips of Train No. 02133 will open from 1st September, 2023 at all PRS Counters and on IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit the official website.
In an another statement, the Western Railway said,&nbsp;for the convenience of passengers, additional stoppage has been provided at Bamnia station on experimental basis to four pairs of trains. According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, the details are as under:
1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Train No. 12471/12472 Bandra Terminus &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Swaraj Express has been provided with additional halt at Bamnia station w.e.f journey commencing Ex Bandra Terminus on 31st August, 2023 and Ex Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra with immediate effect.
Train No. 12471 Bandra Terminus &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Swaraj Express will arrive Bamnia station at 18.52 hrs and depart at 18.54 hrs. Similarly, Train No. 12472 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra &ndash; Bandra Terminus Swaraj Express will arrive Bamnia station at 07.20 hrs and depart at 07.22 hrs.&nbsp;
2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Train No. 12473/12474 Gandhidham &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Sarvodaya Express has been provided with additional halt at Bamnia station w.e.f journey commencing Ex Gandhidham on 2nd September, 2023 and Ex Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra on 31st August, 2023.
Train No. 12473 Gandhidham &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Sarvodaya Express will arrive Bamnia station at 18.52 hrs and depart at 18.54 hrs. Similarly, Train No. 12474 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra &ndash; Gandhidham Sarvodaya Express will arrive Bamnia station at 07.20 hrs and depart at 07.22 hrs.&nbsp;
3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Train No. 12475/12476 Hapa &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express has been provided with additional halt at Bamnia station w.e.f journey commencing Ex Hapa on 5th September, 2023 and Ex Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra on 4th September, 2023.
Train No. 12475 Hapa &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express will arrive Bamnia station at 18.52 hrs and depart at 18.54 hrs. Similarly, Train No. 12476 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra &ndash; Hapa Express will arrive Bamnia station at 07.20 hrs and depart at 07.22 hrs.&nbsp;
4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Train No. 12477/12478 Jamnagar &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express has been provided with additional halt at Bamnia station w.e.f journey commencing Ex Jamnagar with immediate effect and Ex Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra on 3rd September, 2023.
Train No. 12477 Jamnagar &ndash; Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express will arrive Bamnia station at 18.52 hrs and depart at 18.54 hrs. Similarly, Train No. 12478 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra &ndash; Jamnagar Express will arrive Bamnia station at 07.20 hrs and depart at 07.22 hrs.
