Washington: A hijab-clad Muslim woman, who was evicted from a Donald Trump rally in January, has been booted out of his campaign event yet again. This time, she was handing out pens inscribed with the word &lsquo;salam&rsquo; which means &lsquo;peace&rsquo;.

Rose Hamid said a member of the Republican candidate&rsquo;s security staff removed her from the event in Charlotte, North Carolina, even before the rally began on the pretext that she was causing a &ldquo;disturbance&rdquo;.
&ldquo;I just wanted to let people know that Muslims who don&rsquo;t support Trump can get along with people who do support Trump,&rdquo; said Hamid. Interestingly, some Trump supporters were accepting of her gesture and were quoted as saying, &ldquo;I thought it was sweet. I loved the little saying on it&rdquo;.
This was the second time Hamid was kicked out of a Donald Trump rally after she was evicted from an event for a silent protest in January.
However yesterday, she said, &ldquo;He claimed that I had been at several other disturbances, which is a lie. So that tells me they have a prejudice against Muslims.&rdquo; She also expressed concerns over what life may be like under a Trump presidency. &ldquo;The fact that he wouldn&rsquo;t allow me to be there says this is what America is going to be like if he&rsquo;s president,&rdquo; she said.
Trump campaign chairman resigns Paul Manafort on Friday resigned as Donald Trump&rsquo;s campaign chairman, after Trump earlier this week announced a new leadership structure for his campaign. His position was further weakened when Ukraine released details of payments made to him. &ldquo;This morning Paul Manafort offered, and I accepted, his resignation from the campaign.
