Veteran Bollywood actress Zeenat Aman's son Zahaan Khan, was injured after his bicycle was hit in a rear-end collision with a bike rider. Zahaan was thrown off his bicycle due to the impact and sustained injuries to his leg. He required about 40 stitches to close the wound.
According to a report by <a href="http://www.mumbaimirror.indiatimes.com/mumbai/other/Zeenat-Amans-son-knocked-down-by-biker-she-demands-space-for-cyclists/articleshow/54574342.cms" target="_blank">Mumbai Mirror</a>, the apathetic biker, identified as Saheb Rao Shivekar, a building contractor, sped away after abusing him and shoved his bicycle out of the way.
The incident happened a week ago and the 26-year-old Zahaan had registered an official complaint with the Juhu police.
Cops arrested Shivekar, after reviewing CCTV footage from the traffic junction, and he has been booked for rash driving under the Indian Penal Code Section 279 but was bailed later.
