New Delhi: Following the Shiv Sena's challenge to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to bring underworld don Dawood Ibrahim back to India, Congress leader Manish Tewari on Wednesday said the Central Government won't be able to bring even a small criminal back to the country.

'Forget Dawood, this Government can't even bring a small criminal back,' said Congress leader Manish Tewari.
