Father of the fourth accused in the case says he'll approach NHRC against 'illegal detention', alleges Delhi Police 'abducted' Irfan on Oct 5 and kept him in custody for several days before claiming that he was caught in Jaipur
The father of the fourth accused in JM serial blasts case had made some starling revelations. Mustafa Landage has alleged that his son Irfan (30) was not arrested from Jaipur on October 10, as claimed by the Delhi Police. The sexagenarian claims that Irfan was actually “abducted” by the cops from Thane on October 5.
“After detaining him illegally for several days, the special cell of Delhi Police pretended that he was nabbed near a bus stop in Jaipur,” he said, adding that he’ll now approach the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and even is ready to fight a legal battle against the Delhi Police.
