New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday transferred a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case in which Congress leader Sajjan Kumar is accused from the Karkardooma court to Patiala House court.

Justice Siddharth Mridul said the trial will begin from December 8 with the consent of all parties in the case.
