Two people died, while two others suffered injuries, after a tanker containing ammonia gas turned turtle at Tembhurni Phata near Indapur town on Pune-Solapur Highway around 5 am yesterday.

Disaster in the air: Soon after the accident, the gas started leaking from the tanker and spread in the radius of 5 kms of the accident spot. Those living in the area complained of sore eye, dizziness and vomiting tendencies, and were rushed to nearby hospitals
