Chandigarh: Security agencies have issued a terror alert on the alleged movement of three suspected Pakistani terrorists from Jammu and Kashmir towards Delhi.

Punjab Police sources say the three terrorists, along with their handler from Jammu and Kashmir, had crossed the Banihal tunnel in the neighbouring state late on Tuesday night.
