New Delhi: A 35-year-old person was arrested on Tuesday on the charge of raping a three-and-half-year-old minor girl in Anand Parbat area here, police said.

Accused Birbal, who works as a labourer, is a neighbour of the victim. He was arrested from his residence in Harijan Basti in north Delhi, they said.
