NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Friday finally called it a day, filing nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha and withdrawing himself from the drama of Lok Sabha elections. The Union Agriculture Minister, however, refused to buy reports of a strong anti-UPA wave in the country, saying the scenario was still unclear, and the legions of new voters would play a crucial role in the coming elections.
