400 parents protest over steep hike in pre-primary school fee

Millennium National School has proposed an increase in the annual fee for nursery kids from Rs 32,000 to Rs 92,000, while it intends to hike senior kindergarten fees from Rs 27,500 to Rs 62,490

Around 400 parents of kids studying at Millennium National School have joined hands to mark their protest against the school management for proposing a fee hike for senior KG by a whopping 129 per cent. Mahaparents, an organisation formed by protesting parents, plans to start an agitation against the school’s pronouncement from March 8.
