A sessions court yesterday rejected the bail plea of a 16-year-old student, accused of killing a seven-year-old boy at a private school in Bhondsi here. Additional Sessions Judge Jasbir Singh Kundu dismissed the plea of the accused saying the stage was not fit for granting bail. The bail application came on the day when the CBI filed a charge sheet in the case of murder of the seven-year-old boy on September 8 last year.
