Actress Delnaz Paul was aghast when her husband, actor Rajev Paul, told her that he had seen a beautiful flat in an under construction building bang opposite a garbage dump in Malad (West). "I have lived in Dadar all my life and didn't find the idea of shifting to Malad too hot. But when I saw the flat, I fell in love with it. And, I truly appreciate Rajev's foresightedness as that dumping zone is now Hypercity and Inorbit, two of my favourite haunts." The couple's home can be best described as bright, warm and inviting. Delnaz takes the lead and shows us around her home:

Home-buying is... a time-consuming experience. We decided to shift to the western suburbs because travelling from Dadar to this side of the city was very tiring.

We looked for flats in Andheri, Lokhandwala, Goregaon and Kandivali. At that time, Rajev used to frequently travel to Madh Island for his shoots. He saw this upcoming complex on the way and decided to take a look. He liked the flat and brought me here to check it out. I too liked it and we sealed the deal.u00a0
