New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday said that it will approach a higher court over a magistrate's decision to send its leader Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody in a defamation case.

"We will approach a higher court against the order issued by the district court which sent Kejriwal to judicial custody," party leader Sanjay Singh told the media after meeting Kejriwal in Tihar Jail.
