New Delhi: An Afghan national, accused of killing his compatriot, who was being brought to the city from Pune, managed to flee from Delhi Police's custody by jumping out of a speeding train shortly after his arrest following days of absconding.
Hafizulla allegedly killed 24-year-old Sayed Azmarai, who used to earn money by resolving issues related to VISA and passports of Afghans, in south Delhi's Malviya Nagar area, police said.
