The Ravi Rishi-led Vectra group, which is already facing a CBI investigation into the alleged supply of substandard trucks to the armed forces, received a double blow yesterday, with both ministry of home affairs (MHA) and civil aviation ministry terminating licence awarded to its aviation wing Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd.
