Delhi's Patiala House Court on Tuesday extended interim protection to former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram and his son, Karti Chidambaram, till October 8, in connection with the Aircel-Maxis case.
The former Finance Minister was earlier given protection from arrest by the court on applications filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) till August 7.
