New Delhi: Qantas Airways has been asked by a consumer forum here to pay Rs 75,000, including compensation, to a married couple over missing baggage during a journey.
New Delhi Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, presided by C K Chaturvedi, asked the airline to pay the money to Gurgaon residents Namrata Bhargav and her husband Ankit Gulati, noting that though the bag was found and returned to the flyers after four days, the company had offered a very small amount of compensation.
