Amanora asked to pay Rs 10-cr tax to Gram panchayat

Zilla Parishad Panchayat has ordered Amanora Special Township to clear long-pending dues of Sadesatranali grampanchayat; project officials have paid only Rs 73,000 since they opened their site office in village in 2007
After officials of Amanora Special Township project refused to pay taxes to Sadesatranali grampanchyat, the Pune Zilla Parishad Panchayat issued an order ordering the project authorities to clear long-pending dues of the grampanchayat. As per the grampanchayat estimation, the tax amount is well over whopping Rs 10 crore.
