Andheri Court orders FIR against Mumbai airport officials for security lapses

The Andheri Court on February 9 ordered to register a First Information Report (FIR) against the few officers from organizations of Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), Airport Authority of India and Airport Operator GVK- MIAL. This comes after a RTI activist had approached court after the local police failed to register the case.
Mumbai Airport terminal 2 Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) Andheri Metropolitan Court Orders Registration Of FIR against Chairman, CEO, MIAL, AAI officials and BCAS officials. The court on February 9, ordered the local police to register an FIR under section 156 (3) of CrPC act after an Ahmedabad based RTI activist Vishwas Bhambhurkar approached the court.
