Bengaluru: In a bizarre turn of events, a 23-year-old college student was killed and two of his friends were injured after a man allegedly attacked them with a broken glass bottle as they objected to his dog barking during the tense India-Australia World T20 cricket match in the city.
The incident happened when they objected to a dog, which was accompanied by its master, barking at a place where they had made arrangements to watch the match together on TV at S K Gardens under J C Nagar police limits last night.
