he Central Bureau of Investigation today submitted before the local CBI court here to issue a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against dentist Nupur Talwar in the case of murder of her daughter Aarushi.

The CBI pleaded that since the non-bailable warrant issued earlier had expired Wednesday, a fresh NBW was needed to arrest her.
