Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Governor JP Rajkhowa was stuck in a lift inside Raj Bhawan for about three minutes due to a power cut, prompting him to reprimand the state electricity department.

According to a Raj Bhawan statement on Wednesday, "the governor was stuck for a dreaded period of three minutes without light and fan inside the lift, leading to suffocation".
