Ashwini Vaishnaw flags off Vande Bharat Express train service from Jammu to Srinagar

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw flagged off the Vande Bharat Express between Jammu and Srinagar, with services set to begin on May 2. The all-weather rail link is expected to cut travel time, boost tourism, and improve connectivity to the Kashmir Valley

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday flagged off the direct 20-coach Vande Bharat Express train service between Jammu and Srinagar. 

The direct train service from Jammu to Srinagar will be available to the public from May 2.
