Author Purushottam Khedekar and publisher Kishor Kadu, who were booked for writing and publishing a book with comments that allegedly could spread enmity between two groups and disturb communal harmony, surrendered before the court yesterday and were released on conditional bail. The complaint was lodged by Shyam Dnyandev Satpute (53) of Janwadi. Khedekar and Kadu have been prohibited from leaving the country sans permission.
