File Pic &ldquo;When there are long queues at CNG filling stations, the drivers are forced to pay at least Rs 10 more than the actual price by the staff on duty at these stations, said Shashank Rao, assistant general secretary, Mumbai Auto Rickshawmen&rsquo;s Union. The cost of every kilogram of CNG is Rs 38.95. &ldquo;We have displayed a notice board outside every outlet asking rickshaw drivers not to pay a single penny more than the amount. Dealers have also been informed to take action against their staff if they receive any complaints regarding this,&rdquo; said a spokesperson from Mahanagar Gas Limited. Although there are 1.4 lakh rickshaws in the eastern as well as the western suburbs, there are only few rickshaws plying on the roads, since most of them are waiting their turn to refuel at CNG stations
