New Delhi: AAP MP Bhagwant Mann on Friday appeared before Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan after being summoned following his controversial video on the high security Parliament House complex.

Sources in the Lok Sabha Secretariat said Mahajan had been trying to contact Mann since yesterday evening but his phone was not reachable. He could finally be contacted this morning.
