Lashing out at the Bihar government for security lapses, national general secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that the recent bomb blasts in Patna could have been forestalled if the police there have given the custody of Indian Mujahideen founder Yasin Bhatkal to the police of other states. Rudy along with BJP national spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain yesterday (Tuesday) conducted a joint press conference in the city.
