The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his alleged political network of attempting to create unrest in India to bring about what it described as “regime change” and return the Congress to power at the Centre.

Addressing reporters at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari cited alleged remarks by All India Students' Association (AISA) leader Neha Bora about the youth-led movement in Bangladesh. He claimed her comments indicated an attempt to encourage a similar movement in India.
