Lucknow: The BJP Tuesday criticised the Samajwadi Party (SP) government in Uttar Pradesh for failing to take action against its party workers for attacking policemen in the state.
Citing four cases of violence by SP workers in the past two months, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak said he wanted to know if Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav intended to take action against his party workers for beating up policemen and threatening officials.
