BMC has no time for Gautam Nagar
Updated On: 20 November, 2013 07:35 AM IST | | Kranti Vibhute
Tied up with the Campa Cola issue, civic body officials are yet to ask for the certified structural audit report for Building no 1; meanwhile, residents have moved back into their homes illegally
The Campa Cola compound issue seems to have given respite to other structures under dispute as well. Take, for instance, Building No 1 in Gautam Nagar, Dadar. After the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) issued an evacuation notice on October 4, residents had refused to move out, stating that their building was not in a bad condition as claimed by the civic body.
