Breast cancer awareness makes Thane civic body see red

Thane Municipal Corporation objects to hoardings drawing attention to the cause of breast cancer awareness as the images are not 'socially proper'.
The Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has denied permission to well-known breast cancer awareness activist Devieka Bhojwani’s foundation, Women’s Cancer Initiative, to put up hoardings raising awareness about breast cancer in Thane.
