The restaurant is offering Lion Burgers at $21, served with spicy homemade chips and roast corn on the cob. Selogie said that the lion being offered was raised at a US Department of Agriculture regulated free-range farm in Illinoisu00a0-- a key detail that has soothed the angry nerves of few protesters. "When we explain the facts on how the lion is raised, and most that we are not hurting the endangered animals, our customers seem pretty satisfied," he adds.
