Chinsurah (WB): A businessman, who the Trinamool Congress claimed to be its active member, was killed at Chanditala in Hooghly district early today.

A senior police officer said the body of Tarun Pan (45), who was a building materials supplier and owner of a fast food stall in the area, was found on the side of Durgapur Expressway in Dhapsaria locality this morning.
