Campa Cola demolition: Police to show no sympathy today
Updated On: 13 November, 2013 10:49 AM IST | | Vinita Devendra
Unlike yesterday, where police officials say they listened to the residents' complaints and were lenient with them, authorities say they will take a no-nonsense approach today
BMC officials will visit the Campa Cola compound again today and this time, the police are going to be very strict with the protestors. According to a senior police officer, the police were not very happy with the behaviour of the residents yesterday, after they locked the gates and prevented the BMC from carrying out the orders of the court. About 250 officers of Mumbai police were present at the site yesterday to ensure that there was no law and order problem.
