The Centre has transferred senior officials of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), including Chairman Rahul Singh and Secretary Himanshu Gupta, amid mounting controversy surrounding the board’s On-Screen Marking (OSM) system, reported the IANS.
The government has also constituted a one-member inquiry committee to conduct a detailed investigation into the procurement of OSM services and allegations of irregularities in the process.
