Imphal: Manipur authorities' use of CCTV cameras and resort to orders against "unlawful assembly" in conduct of the Class 12 exams only at some test centres and districts of the state have provoked charges of discrimiantion and bad faith.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras were installed in 18 of the 68 examination centres in the state for the Class 12 exam on Monday -- an unprecedented measure in the entire north-eastern region -- as a check on cheating and use of unfair mjeans.
