Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on Saturday announced that the Central government has decided to remove all obsolete and archaic laws of the Indian judiciary from the statute box stating that they have no relevance in today's time.
The Law Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi desires to reduce the compliance burden of the people and wants a lesser government role in people's lives.
