Kolkata: Twelve marooned fishermen, whose boat had developed a serious technical snag, were rescued by Indian Coast Guard off Sagar island, an official statement said here on Monday.

Coast Guard ship Anmol, on a routine sortie, found the boat Ma Sanchay Kari at 50 nautical miles from the Sagar light house on Sunday.
