Lucknow: Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani on Tuesday said that Congress had failed the people of Amethi.

She was addressing a rally in Amethi, the constituency of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, to highlight the NDA government's achievements on completion of its one year.
