Panaji: The Goa Congress will hold a "mashaal yatra" (torch march) here tomorrow to highlight the "failures" of the BJP-led state government, a senior party leader said today.

All India Congress Committee General Secretary Digvijay Singh is likely to participate in the march, he said. "The BJP-led government has been a major failure in the state. They have ditched the faith of people. We will be holding 'mashaal yatra' tomorrow to expose their failures," Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Luizinho Faleiro told PTI.
