Investigating officials say it is quite a difficult case to crack
After failing to make any headway in the Dr Narendra Dabholkar murder case, some crime branch officials are of the opinion that the case should be transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) or Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Over the last two weeks, cops have miserably failed to establish concrete leads about the motive of the murder or reach satisfactory conclusion in the case. A crime branch officer involved in the investigation process, on condition of anonymity, said that the case should be transferred to CID or CBI, as the case is quite difficult to crack.
