Kanpur: An 18-year-old girl and a 25-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide after the girl's family disapproved of their relationship, police said today. Kunti and Bipin were in a relationship for quite some time however, Kunti's family was against it, they said.

Yesterday, Kunti, resident of Katra area here, had a fight with her father over her affair with Bipin following which she hanged herself from the ceiling of her house, police said.
