The Rouse Avenue Court on Friday discharged former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Excise Policy case, observing that the alleged central conspiratorial role could not be substantiated and that allegations "failed judicial scrutiny" with "no criminal intent" found against Sisodia
