Cuttack: A professor of SCB Medical College here was arrested today on charges of sexual harassment and assault on a female student belonging to Scheduled Caste.

"The anaesthesia department professor was arrested under relevant sections of IPC and the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act," said Inspector A K Swain of Mangalabag police station.
