Dahisar school gets stay order on BMC demolition

While the school has been granted a stay order by the City Civil Court, MLA Vinod Ghosalkar has approached the Chief Minister to help the school out of the legal mess
The management of Matruchhaya School and College has produced a stay order from the city civil court against the BMC’s plan of demolishing the institution. MiD DAY had on April 2 reported how the BMC issued an ad in a local newspaper warning parents against taking admission for their wards at Matruchhaya School in Dahisar, as the building was illegal and would be torn down. Also, MLA Vinod Ghosalkar has approached Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan for help.
