Phulbani (Odisha): Body of a 15-year-old Dalit girl was on Wednesday found hanging from a tree in Odisha's Boudh district, the police said.

The girl was a class-IX student at Gogendradeb upgraded school at Jaitapur village in Boudh district. The body, which bore several injury marks, was sent for post-mortem, the police said adding that the victim's mother in her FIR alleged that it was a case of rape and murder.
