Two days after activist Trupti Desai was allegedly manhandled and beaten by local women when she was trying to enter the inner sanctum of Shani Shingnapur temple in Ahmednagar, she was hospitalised after complaining of back and stomach pain and breathing problems. She was rushed to a Pune-based private hospital on Monday morning.
