Speakers at various counting centers remained non-functional today. At several places, the Election Department and cops had avoided placing speakers for the benefit of party workers gathered around the areas, apparently, in a bid to avoid chaos.
Speakers around Dahisar to Malad were defunct, which led to a lot of commotion among party cadres, who lamented lack of transparency in the vote counting process.
