The body of a 10-year-old boy was found dead in his house in Delhi, police said on Sunday.

According to Delhi Police, the child was addicted to playing games on mobile. Upon examining the mobile recovered from the spot, it was found that the child had been watching it for approximately 10-11 hours. He played a game for seven hours and was active on YouTube for about four hours.

The boy’s father told police that on July 31, his son stayed home due to heavy rain. When the parents returned from work that evening, they found him dead.

The police are investigating the matter further, suspecting it to be a case of suicide.

The Police said that no injury marks were found on the child's body.
